Lillian Ann Blackburn went to be with Jesus on Monday July 13, 2020. Ann was born on April 5 1929 to George and Martha Miller of Indiana.
Ann Married the love of her life Frank Blackburn on August 26, 1951. From this union came their three boys Kevin, Kyle, and Kelly.
Ann is preceded in death by her husband Frank, her son Kyle and grandchildren Toby, and Selaina.
She is survived by two sons Kevin and Kelly, 2 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday July 16, 2020 at 10:00 am at the Summit Cemetery under the direction of Affordable Funeral Services. 435-586-3456
