Obituary for Daniel Eric Lowe

Daniel Eric Lowe, 67, passed away peacefully at daughter's home in Cedar City, Utah, on
February 9, 2019, after his courageous battle with cancer. He was born on March 5, 1951,
in San Jose, California, to Allan Harry and Doris May Cantry Lowe.

He grew up in Duarte, California, and graduated from DHS in 1969. He enlisted in the navy when
he turned 18 and reported to San Diego in September 1969. He was honorably discharged in
1973. He married Diane Marie Lilly April 22, 1972, in Monrovia, California. They have one
daughter, two sons and 11 grandchildren. He worked for the railroad in Los Angeles just short
of 30 years. He retired for medical reasons in 2007 and moved to Glendale, Utah. He enjoyed
singing while driving, playing a card game called pounce (aka hell), restoring vehicles, riding
his Harley motorcycles, family reunions, camping with the family on various road trips, visiting
cousins in California and Arizona.

He is survived by his wife, Diane, daughter Nicole, sons Aaron and Clifford, 11 grandchildren,
Lilly, Tristan and Bella, Collin, Piper, Evelyn, Kristianna, Serenity, Adalind, Easton, Willanora,
3 sisters, Alene, Bonnie, Sandra. He is very loved by family and friends and will be missed.

Memorial service will be held on February 23rd, Saturday, at 3:00 p.m. at Cedar Meadows Ward, 370 N. 4050 W., Cedar City, Utah. The family expresses their thanks to Affordable Funeral
Services in Cedar City, 435-586-3456. A special thanks to the doctors and nurses who cared for
Danny over the last several years, especially Dr. Wilcox. Also, we greatly appreciate home
