Evangelina Irene Flores Born September 23, 1927 in Zamora, Michoacán, Mexico. She moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1956, with her husband of a lifetime, Mr. Miguel Flores Together they owned 3 Mexican Restaurants throughout the 50’s, 60’s and into the early 70’s. She is survived by her 3 children, Gloria, Diana & Michael, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She led a magnificent life and was forever grateful to Our Heavenly Father and so are we all.
