James Franklin Beatty graduated suddenly from this stage of life on September 1, 2022 to rejoin
his loved ones.
He was born on October 23, 1971 in St. George Utah to James Lloyd Beatty and Barbara
Poland, and grew up in Logandale, Nevada.
As a young boy he learned to work hard doing construction with his dad. He spent the majority
of his life devoted to professional and personal projects that used those skills and other talents
in computers and networking to bless all those he loved. He was a dedicated member of The
Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and strove to share the love of the Savior with all
whom he came in contact with. He served a mission in Poland where he blessed many lives and
made many friends, and faithfully devoted himself to any position he held within the church.
His family was his world, and the Savior was his best friend. Although his passing was
unexpected and his time here was short, his legacy of love is evidence that he made the most of
it.
“In the end, it’s not the years in your life that count. It’s the life in your years.”
—ABRAHAM LINCOLN
He is survived by the love of his life Brenda (Harris) Beatty and his children Larissa Beatty,
James Beatty (Laura), Tesia Beatty, and Michael Beatty, and one grandchild, Eve Beatty.
He was preceded in death by his father James Beatty, his grandparents George and Rebecca
Poland and Donald and Evelyn Beatty, his Uncle Paul and Aunt Dorothy Beatty, and nephew
Ethan Baker.
Services will be held at 451 East Midvalley Rd. Enoch, UT on Saturday September 10, 2022 at
11:00 a.m. There will be a viewing held at the church from 9:30-10:30 a.m. just prior to the
services. Interment will be at the Enoch Cemetery under the direction of Heartlight Affordable
Funeral Services.
