JoAnn Reese, 83, passed away peacefully in Cedar City, UT on July 16, 2022
after a long battle with Parkinson’s. JoAnn was born to Mildred Walker and
Thomas Reese in Cedar City on December 18, 1938.
JoAnn spent most of her life in Las Vegas, NV working as a hairdresser. She
retired to Parowan, UT in 2006. JoAnn loved music, art and pop culture. She
was an avid reader and loved arts and crafts.
JoAnn was preceded in death by her mother and father, her son, Tom and her
granddaughter, Torrey Torres. She will be missed by her children Mike and
Joy, her sisters Lynda Clark and Mary Hanley, grandchildren and great
children. The family would like to thank Cedar City Health and Rehab and
Suntree Hospice for their care and support. A celebration of life will be held
at a later date.
