On Sunday, August 29, 2021, Michele Braun passed away in Cedar City, UT, surrounded by her family, at the age of 70. She was born in Kearns, UT, and raised in Las Vegas, NV. She married the love of her life, Tom Braun, in December of 1970. Together they had six children, 37 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren. She moved over 90 times with her husband and met and touched the lives of countless people with her grace and unconditional acceptance and love. She was a gifted spiritual counselor and helped many. Michele was ultra dedicated to her family. ALL seven thousand eight hundred and twenty seven million of ‘em. They’re countless and they’re everywhere and she went to every function, violin performance, ball game, birthday, and prison release day. If you were fortunate to know Michele, you knew a woman of immense kindness and generosity. She had a way of making everyone believe they were her favorite.
Michele was preceded in death by her dad, Ardith Fish, and her brother. She is survived by her husband, Tom Braun; her children: Tom and Mary Braun, Tammy and Lance Ayers, Troy and Kellie Braun, Travis Braun, Toran Braun and Leslie Smith, Tyler and Sarah Braun; her mother, Francis Fish; her sisters: Lyn Randall, Coleen Chamberlain, Marlene Pisciotta, and Marnice Pitts; her brothers: Charles Fish, Bernard Fish, and David Fish; her 37 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren; and countless other children and grandchildren she considered family.
