Nathan Madison Taunton, 29, of Orlando, FL passed away in an auto accident on August 10, 2019. He was born on April 10, 1990 to John E. Briggs and Connie Suzanne Taunton in Marianna, Florida. He lived his life between the mountains of Utah and the beaches of Florida. He loved all things outdoors with hiking and mountain climbing being some of his great joys. He most looked forward to being a father in December of this year while finishing a degree in GIS at that same time. Nathan worked as Supervisor in the Automobile Technician Industry. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints. Nathan is survived by his loving family; mother, Suzanne Taunton of Orlando, FL, father; John E. Briggs of Richmond, KY, sister, Autumn Grace Harvey of N. Palm Beach, FL; brother, Matthew E. Briggs of Salt Lake City, UT and his Fiance, Cindy Linan of Orlando, FL. He will be missed by his Uncle Joe Taunton (Maria) of SLC, UT; Aunt Leah Williamson (Joshua) of Jacksonville Beach, FL; Aunt Jane Weyburn (Jason) of Ogden, UT; Aunt Julia McKee (Jay) of Canyon Lakes, CA; a nephew and 3 nieces; numerous cousins as well as many in the area who loved him like family. A memorial service for Nathan was held in Orlando, FL and he will be laid to rest in the Enoch Cemetery on Saturday, August 24th after a graveside service at 2 pm. All friends, family and those who knew him are welcome at this service. He blessed many lives for good!
